Order Processing Times

Our orders are processed within 1 - 2 business days.  During seasonal times such as Black Friday and Christmas, order processing may take up to 5 business days.  We appreciate your patience while we prepare your order.

Shipping times

We ship from our warehouse located in the United States.  We expect to expand to new countries in 2025.  

  • Orders shipping within the US will arrive within 3 - 5 business days. 
  • Orders shipping internationally to Canada and Mexico will arrive within 7 - 10 business days.

Shipping Costs

Standard shipping is free.  Shipping charges will apply for next day arrival orders.

Returns, exchanges, cancellations

Full refunds and exchanges are offered if you are not satisfied with your DialCap(s).  All product is inspected for quality before shipping to customers, therefore, refunds will be determinate upon the condition of the returned item.  If you intend to return or exchange, or if you have any concerns or questions, please do not hesitate to contact us at info@dialcap.com or call 1-949-677-5046.  If we are not available, please leave a detailed message and someone will return your call shortly.

Refunds will be returned via the original payment method used to make your purchase.  For all returns or exchanges:

  • Items must not be worn or damaged
  • You must present a valid receipt

If you would like to cancel or make a change to your order, you are able to do so up to 3 hours after you receive your order confirmation.  Please contact us directly at 1-949-677-5046 so we can make these changes immediately.  If your order ships and the changes have not been made, please return the items unused in the original packaging for a full refund.

We provide real time tracking information on all our orders. If your order does not arrive by the estimated due date, please wait 48 hours before contacting us at 1-949-677-5046.  We will do our best to locate the package and extend your timeframe for refunds and exchanges.  Should your oder arrive damaged, please take photos and send them to us at info@dialcap.com.  We will send you a return label to ship the items back to us.  

Should your order be identified as lost with the shipping carrier, we will ship a new order out immediately.
